Dr Pragasam attended Loma Linda University school of Dentistry, and graduated in 1976. He also did a general practice residency at Loma Linda school of dentistry from 1977-1978,he has been in practice ever since. Dr Pragasam is a member of the following

* Tri County Dental society
* American Academy of Pan Management
* International Congress of Oral Implantologists

Dr Pragasam does all phases of dentistry except orthodontics. His functions include cosmetic dentistry, restorative dentistry, oral surgery, crown and brige, dentures, root canal treatment, and dental implants
