Vitamins for women

I am just wondering what everyone else is taking.  I use just a multi-vitamin for women and I also like to take vitamin E.

I'm really bad at taking vitamins so I'm also interested in this issue. I take a woman's multi vitamin when I remember. I know calcium is important for women but what else?

I take 5-11 vitamins a day, here's the list:

Fish Oil pills - 2 per day
Flax Seed Oil - 6 pills per day
Womens multi-vitamin - 1 per day
Glucosamine and Chondroitin Sulfate - 1 per day
Calcium - 1 pill per day

I've been taking these pills for a few years now and honestly can't recall why I started taking each pill, I think my ex played a roll in it!

I can tell the difference in how I feel when I forget to take my vitamins and it usually takes my body a couple of days to feel like it's back to normal.

11 vitamins a day?! There's no way I could take that many vitamins, its hard for me to take 1 a day.

What does Flax Seed Oil do and why is there 6/day?

You can do it Rachel80, it also makes you drink lots more water! Which is always a plus.

Not sure exactly, I just know it's good for you. Anyone else want to chime in on the benefits of taking Flax Seed Oil?

Yes taking 11 vitamins would take quite a bit more water than 1

What time of day do you take your vitamins?

I bring a week's worth of vitamins to work with me and I take them after lunch.

Wow!!! I use to try taking memory enhancing pills.  But I kept forgetting to take them.  Do you guys think its important to buy a certain brand of vitamins?

Someone is acting like taking a vitamin is like swallowing a bagel whole. It's really not that bad. YOU CAN DO IT!
