I'm really bad at taking vitamins so I'm also interested in this issue. I take a woman's multi vitamin when I remember. I know calcium is important for women but what else?
Fish Oil pills - 2 per day
Flax Seed Oil - 6 pills per day
Womens multi-vitamin - 1 per day
Glucosamine and Chondroitin Sulfate - 1 per day
Calcium - 1 pill per day
I've been taking these pills for a few years now and honestly can't recall why I started taking each pill, I think my ex played a roll in it!
I can tell the difference in how I feel when I forget to take my vitamins and it usually takes my body a couple of days to feel like it's back to normal.
Wow!!! I use to try taking memory enhancing pills. But I kept forgetting to take them. Do you guys think its important to buy a certain brand of vitamins?
