DId you know that weight gain is Not more a side effect of Eating too much, or eating Fat food, or high calories.
Well let me tell you about my personal experience as a practitioner, so many people are having troube losing weight do to the fact, that the real cause is NOT been address. The cause are:
Chemical Toxicity, which can accumulate water and fat serrounding the chemical impiurities to protect your body.
Parasites:
Poor Nutrition: Low nutrtional value food. Nothing to do with fat, or carbs, or calory intakes.
STress: Which can destroy your endocrine system (hormonas, which can cause over weight & even obesity.
LAck of Movility.
& last one people are getting educated in TV, Radio rather than real facts or books.

1. Make water your favorite drink. A person must have a minimum of 8 glasses of water in a day. Avoid taking soft drinks or carbonated beverages; moreover replace them with water. Water helps in reducing weight in the most effective manner.
2. Don't stuff yourself with food in a single sitting; instead have 5 to 6 small meals or snacks in a day. Eating several small meals helps the body to release less insulin, which keeps blood sugar steady and helps to control hunger.

I have been loosing alot of weight by cutting out carbs. Everything is okay in moderation but I don't know how to do carbs in moderation
Kelvin you are right water needs to be your favorite drink !
