This whole article is a wash. It has been proven that wearing a bra does not increase or cause a woman to get breast cancer. This sort of fear mongering has been spread for years. We should be on the look out for ways to avoid breast cancer but its not something you control.

No kind of muscle exersize will prevent sagging although they will make your pecs stronger which is good.Pectoral muscles are beneath the breast tissue which is what sags. It is the connective tissue weakenig and stretching which causes the sagging. Themore there is of it/heavier, the more tissue there is to sag.

I love to be bra free but bc i have a large bust and i get costochondritis flare ups with the weight so i wear a sports bra, but its pretty thin and not to tight bc something to tight hurts and i dont believe beauty is pain. at work i wear a bra only bc i have to basically im a waitress in public, but its also loose & only for a few hrs 3 days a week.
