Dr. Kallenbach is a Psychiatrist posing as an Allergist. Only a physician (MD or DO) who did 3 years of residency in Internal Medicine or Pediatrics followed up by 2 more years of residency in a Allergy/Immunology can say they specialize in Allergy. There are many doctors posing as allergists and falsely stating they specialize in treating Allergy. Many family practice, pulmonology, dermatology and ENT physicians call themselves allergists because they want to earn more income doing skin tests and performing shots despite not being formally trained to evaluate and treat allergies. Would you put your health in their hands or see the most qualified person possible?

Would you see a family practice physician to perform plastic surgery? Likewise, would you see a Psychiatrist to do allergy testing and dealing with anaphylaxis and other complications related to allergy?
