They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
