I have been to this office several times, always left with questions unanswered, I also was charged a copay when I dont have any. they refused to call the insurance company to double check. when I told them I had called the insurance to make sure I was right they were conveniently unavailable and never returned my phone calls. Most Offices call your insurance ahead of time, they didnt and they argued with me. Still waiting to be refunded

I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. W
