Be sure to compose and send in advance to Dr. Kallay a letter describing and identifying all medical issues before the appointment. This way he has all information and can rapidly address the issues. He uses a stop watch and all one will have face to face is 14 minutes 30 seconds. After that time visit allotment time is complete and it is make another appointment. In all fairness, the insurance companies have squeezed Pulmonary Associates so hard to see how they can stay in business on what they can charge on an office call.
