I just call to make an appointment for my sister in law she is 70 years old and deaf.
The customer female that answer my call have no patient to inform or request information. She keep telling me to put her on the phone to make the appointment. I response that she is deaf since she was borned and cannot speak on the phone, without saying anything she just hand on me.
People that works for medical offices need to have some conpation to deal with the clients.
We have a power of attorney to give us autority to do everything for her, but she never gave me the opportunity to said so.
She voice sound demanding arogant is the office records the employees conversation you will heard our conversation and the hand up on me.
