They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. Did not listen to me and left me sitting in this room or that for hours.
