I understand they're busy, but I'm getting really tired of them postponing my appointments all the time. Every time I make an appointment, it's usually postponed at least a week. My teeth cleaning felt very rushed. I was disappointed that they didn't take the time to clean my teeth thoroughly. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I also was disappointed in the sliding fee scale, i did not have insurance and had a badly infected tooth and was made to feel like money was more important than my health. I was told i could just pull it , it is one of my permanent molars.
