The doctor is very nice and seems to be genuinely concerned about his patients. However, he overbooks and overcharges, and his staff is aloof and their competence extends only as far as collecting fees. Prepare to sit for a very long time in a crowded waiting room, even if you have an appointment. If you weren't ill when you walked in, you might be by the time you leave. Would have loved to address my concerns with him personally, rather than leave a negative review, but I would have had to pay for an office visit to do so. He is almost impossible to reach, and one is never sure that messages left with the staff actually reach the doctor. And no one from his office will contact you if they have a problem fulfilling a request. They leave it up to the patient to call (sometimes repeatedly) and follow up. If you have a question about your condition, and you're not face to face with the doctor, you'll probably get a quicker, more informed result with Google than a call to this practice.
