I was highly impressed with how comfortable the chairs in the waiting room were. Their standard of patient comfortability is obviously very high and it showed throughout the entire appointment.
They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
