They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I went in for an ache and left with a BP check and a prescription and sent me two bills, one for the hospital and the other for physician. Ridiculous!

My wife was treated at the emergency room 12/24/08 at 06:30am for urinary tract infection, We both explained to admitting nurse that we knew it was a UTI because she had it before back in 2003 and what we were there for is to get a prescription for antibiotic from the ER Dr. My wife came out crying and explained to me that she was forced to pay $362.00 for all the tests they did while she was in there for that time. She explained to them that she was under Medical and that we were a low income family and if a payment plan was possible. They said NO and that she had to pay for all the tests that they did to her. She allowed them to charge it to our debit card because she was embarassed by the situation and was desperate for the antibiotic prescription from the ER physician. We have no problem on paying, but feel that it was done under pressure and while the patient is in distress. They could have at least consulted me or if not just send her a bill. We feel that this is wrong and should be looked at.
