With the exception of one pharmacy technician, the women that work there are constantly rude or exhibit a cross attitude towards my fiancee and I no matter what the circumstance is. The very first time I called in to ask the pharmacy to fax a refill of my medications to my doctor, because I don't like to encounter the chance that I might run out as it has happened before, I was scolded for calling 3 days early. THEN when I did run out I called my doctor to see if any refills had been faxed to the pharmacy and the doctor told me that he had never received a single fax from my pharmacy which means they had lied to me.

Nearly every time I call to ask a menial question about my medications I've been greeted with irritable disdain over the phone. Recently my fiancee went in to the store with my new insurance to make sure that my medications were covered and the lady at the counter became audibly irritated that she had to do extra paperwork. She then told him that I would have to wait 4 hours before I could come back to pick up my medications.
