This place was recently purchased by another doctor because Dr. Murphy is retiring. My last appointment there was never confirmed the day before. While I was there a lady was complaining her appointment wasn't confirmed. They have high school kids now instead of the staff we have grown to trust When I got home and I was looking at my bill, I realized they charged me an exam with vaccinations ($37). I called them up because they have never charged that before. They said its new protocol. Any time you go just for vaccinations they will charge you an extra $37 dollars!! I will not be going back and am extremely sad the the vet I have been going to for 27 years has changed so radically so fast.

The tech staff is incredibly welcoming and sweet. They welcomed my puppy and made sure that she felt safe and gave her lots of healthy treats. :) they answered all of my questions while i was there and seemed to take good care of her, although with the male vet i was concerned about his thoroughness, but with Dr. Ciara she was very thorough and my puppy seemed to take to her extremely well. It's definitely the tech staff that keeps me going there. It's super easy to make an appointment and they're open on saturdays and they mail you a welcome letter and give you the numbers to emergency hospitals that they work with. My only complaint is that when i called concerning my puppies UTI they didn't have anyone call me back although they said they would.
