my pets have been seeing dr blackburn since he moved back to springfield about 25 years ago. the clinic is closed for a time every wednesday for staff education because there is no nearby vet tech program. dr. blacburn is always ready to give a good educational to fur baby parents, too. and every one there is obvious in their love for animals. l know my pets are getting the best springfield has to offer when i take them to ACPH.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I felt absolutely at ease leaving my pet here- everything is brand-new and top of the line. Their equipment is all the most advanced, so I knew my pet would be getting top of the line treatment. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They have a huge selection of medication available for pets and are very knowledgeable about each brand provided. Every time I pick up medication they always have what I'm looking for and have never been out-of-stock.
