I had the worst experience trying to straighten out my insurance policy. Two of my children's good student discounts were removed without notice. I was informed that I needed to send recent copies of their transcripts, which I did on 2/9/2019. The discounts were not applied and we could not get Thomas Ntuk or any of his staff to return a call. I called the after hours call center to register a complaint and they routed my complaint back to the agent. I did receive a call back on 2/28/2019, but only one of my children's good student discount was applied. I asked for a copy of my current coverage to be emailed and that was done just before they closed the office. I called back the following day and was put on hold and then transferred to Thomas Ntuk, who promptly told me that he could not speak to me because he was too busy and then suggest that I transfer agents. I would recommend finding another insurance agent or better yet avoid State Farm all together. I'm moving on myself.
