I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. There is no greeter, but there are cameras and the counselors pay attention to who is there.
Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.
