I've been seeing Greg Cook of Okemos Psychological Consultants for over a year now. I really like Greg and his very professional and science-based approach to helping people. By science-based I mean Greg has a very solid understanding of the mechanics and chemistry of the human brain and he uses this as yet another tool in understanding and helping his patients. He is friendly, sympathetic, soft-spoken yet quick to point out if he thinks you're heading in the wrong direction. While I believe that finding a counselor is a matter of finding one that's right for you, you can't go wrong starting out with Greg Cook and Okemos Psychological Consultants.
