I fell on the courtesy van that they send to pick up and drop off. The back door of the van is broken, so patients are forced to board through the side where the seat is furthest from the door. Disembarking is almost impossible for someone recovering from knee surgery, like I am. The service inside has been fine, and my main PT person Ingrid works makes me feel as though I will get to my rehabilitation goals. I understand the van is a courtesy, (which someone reminded me of when I reported the fall), but if I am injured it's not worth the offer. I think its ridicules to offer patients a lift in automobile that is not equipped to safely transport them.
