Staff is nice, however, the office manager needs some serious customer service training. Not only is she rude to the staff, you could actually hear this clown using profanity right at the front office. Not sure how she is still employed with such awful behavior and poor work ethics. Management needs to do their job properly and reevaluate their office manager...lose the clown or lose patients.
