Where to begin the 1st time we were referred to NCHC my husband tried on a CPAP mask the mask had to be ordered and would arrive at our home in 3-5 days 5 days had passed and no mask I called the Astoria office and was told that they were unable to get a hold of the insurance company and she would try again after 2 weeks we went to an appointment at the sleep clinic without a new mask, I asked if there was another supply store we could visit, the MA said she would call NCHC we received the new mask and supplies three days later my husband tried the mask and really disliked the fit we went back and he was given a new cushion still not right we went back and he stated that he really did not like the mask he was told to try it longer he would get used to it well he never did fast forward 4 months yes it's true we went back to NCHC to get a new mask and of course the mask suggested was not in stock it would be shipped to us Thursday or Friday I forgot to mention the receptionist pulled up my husband's acct. and said he could get a new mask but he is not eligible for a new head band we will pay out of pocket half an hour ago we received a phone call from Pat at NCHC yup you guessed it no face mask Pat said the order was flagged due to the chin strap not being paid for by the insurance OMG I thought we had already addressed this now this is the confusing part Pat asked my husband which mask it was that he wanted WHAT exactly what mask and chin strap was ordered if in fact it was ordered wouldn't you know what you ordered I am 100% sure the order was never placed so if you are looking to be frustrated beyond belief and put off by all means this is your kind of medical supply store GOOD LUCK
