The Fort Worth Office is a pleasure to be seen at. Marisol is wonderful! Being seen at the bedford office is often more chaotic. I often do not know the credentials of the staff I am speaking with. I think wearing badges or adding credentials (RN, MA) to scrubs would be beneficial as well as identifying the IVF Coordinators. Starting and scheduling the process is by far the most arduous part of the process. It feels difficult to get the attention you need until you are actually scheduled in the process. Overall doctors and staff are great! We are so thankful for your help!

it was great working with the coordinator, but we were constantly overcharged and have not received the appropriate communication for a refund.
