Joseph R. Schneider, MD, PhD is a vascular and endovascular surgeon and medical director of vascular surgery and interventional radiology for Bluhm Cardiovascular Institute West, which includes Northwestern Medicine Central DuPage Hospital, Delnor Hospital and Kishwaukee Hospital. Dr. Schneider performs the full range of open vascular surgery procedures as well as minimally invasive arterial interventions including aortic aneurysm procedures and treatment for peripheral arterial disease, carotid artery disease, and vascular access for hemodialysis, and has an active practice in minimally invasive treatment for venous disease as well. He is a professor at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine.
