Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare: I chose to pursue a career in medicine for 3 reasons: 1. I love science 2. I want to help people 3. I hope to make a difference in this world What I want my patients to know about me: I grew up in Massachusetts. I attended Union College in Schenectady, NY, for both a B.S. in Biology/Sociology and an MBA in Health System Administration. Then, I moved to Biddeford, ME, to attend the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine. After graduation from medical school, I went through my Family Medicine Residency at St. Joseph Medical Center in Reading, PA. I started at WellSpan Ephrata Community Hospital in 2006 and have been here ever since.
