Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare: I have always been interested in science and medicine, even back to my high school anatomy classes. The human body is amazingly intricate, and I know I can spend my whole career still learning more. I decided to be a physician assistant to enjoy the perfect balance of using my medical degree, and the flexibility of enjoying my family in my time off. I've always loved office medicine, specifically family practice, and love the wide range of ages that I see and the fact that I can get to know my patients over the years. What I want my patients to know about me: I try to spend as much time with my patients as I can, while also trying my best to keep my appointments on time.
