This office is staffed by a litany of liars. I have called trying to get my medical records for my new provider numerous times. Mind you, I am sick as a dog and have been since my first visit here over three years ago. We’re simply trying to figure out how to get me well again if I am in fact not actually dying. First receptionist I spoke with asked for my fax number and said she would fax over my records. It’s been a day, still no records. I call again the day after and ask again. Now they give me a phone number for a completely different office and say I have to contact them for records. I the first promise was a complete lie because release forms need to be filled out before records can be disseminated. Now, as I’m speaking with the representative at the records office due to the gravity of pain I’m in and my urgent need for this information before he disconnected the phone with me I asked him to hold on until I received the email containing the record release to make sure it came through, because let’s be home at. Emails don’t always make it. He says he can’t hang on because he has to attend to other calls. Ok. So I ask what time they close so I know when to follow up once the forms are completed and returned. He says we close at 5:30. Well… 5:01 rolls around and I send back the form and call to see when I can expect to receive my records. Guess what. The office is closed. The MEDICAL representative who is entrusted with documents pertaining to my life and health has lied directly to my face. This is the second time this week this office has lied to me. I’ve called numerous times asking to speak with the doctor and they always promise to pass along the message and have him call me back. That’s happened at least three times with no callback. Not only was I misdiagnosed but now I’m being disrespected and given the runaround for trying to get my health in order. These people don’t care how much pain your in. They come to work at they’re 9-5, collect they’re pay and go home. Whether your symptoms improve or not is obviously of no concern to them. Read the rest of the reviews. Then to add insult to injury I was prescribed ranitidine which is known to cause cancer. After it was pulled from the shelves and I called to ask about it I was brushed off. You would think if someone prescribed you a medication that causes cancer they would want to examine you after discontinuing it to make sure everything is okay. But no. Not here. The most uncaring, unprofessional, disrespectful group of “professionals” I have ever met. For clarity, this review WILL be slung shot across the internet and the BBB’s website. You do not lie to your patients and treat them like dogs just because you can’t figure out what is making them sick. If you want someone who is going to give up on you, come see the team at ProHealth. I would highly suggest doing your research before going here. Dr. Beckerman & his wife who is an ex Mayor were both charged with tax fraud. Her charges were dropped and he took the rap. Guilty as charged. Are these the people we are actually trusting with our health? A husband and wife that “forgot” to file taxes on $4.5 million in income over four years? What else are you forgetting? I rest my case. This place is simply criminal.
