Abubaker Ali, MD, FACS, is a board-certified general surgeon who earned a medical degree from the University of Khartoum in Khartoum, Sudan. He completed his residency in general surgery at Wayne State University in Detroit, MI, and a fellowship in minimally invasive surgery, advanced GI, and hepatopancreatic biliary at the University of Florida in Jacksonville, FL.
