Mrs. Theodore's depth of knowledge is unparalleled, and her innovative approach to therapy has been a game-changer for me. She is incredibly informed about the latest treatments and research, ensuring that her methods are cutting-edge. Not to mention, not only does she provide Psychological recommendations but encourages consulting with a primary doctor for blood work labs (in case other factors are affecting mental health), and includes other healthy nutrition habits to support mental health.

What sets Mrs. Theodore apart is not just her professional expertise, but her genuine and caring nature. She takes the time to understand my concerns and responds thoughtfully, making me feel heard and validated.
