I always wanted to be a doctor ever since I was a child. I never wavered from that desire. During medical school, while on an international medicine rotation in Brazil, I was privileged to work with a plastic surgeon. I couldn’t believe my eyes, as the surgeon transformed wounded parts of the body and enabled them to heal. It was then, my choice was made. Today, I remain passionate about helping my patients heal and feel whole again.Today, I am a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon with St. Luke’s University Health Network.
