Alexandra Peck
Alexandra Peck is originally from the east end of Long Island. She studied at Stony Brook University where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Science. She then went on to obtain her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing at SUNY Downstate Medical Center where she completed a one-year accelerated nursing program. She started her career in Emergency Medicine at New York-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center while attending school to become a nurse practitioner. She graduated from SUNY Downstate Medical Center and earned a Master of Science Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner and is board certified through American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She has particular interests in the prevention and treatment of Diabetes, thyroid disorders, obesity medicine and helping her patients achieve optimal wellness and health. She is an active member in the American Diabetes Association as well as the Association of Diabetes Care & Education Specialists.Services
