Rich Julyan, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician with Providence Medical Group-Ashland. “I focus on prevention and healthy habits that can help patients maximize their health, independence and well-being,” he says. “Often, testing and medications aren’t needed. He completed his internship and residency at North Colorado Family Medicine. He is board certified and has specialized training in medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for substance-use disorders.
