Lori Kur, CNM, MSN

Lori was inspired to become a certified nurse midwife (CNM) by the midwives she worked with when she was a labor and delivery nurse. Their approach to prenatal care was so much more inclusive and patient-centered than anything else that she had ever experienced.  Lori loves being a CNM because every day is a new experience for her. She enjoys meeting new patients and getting to know them and their families while providing care. Lori is especially interested in reducing the primary cesarean section rate. She attended her first CNM conference on reducing primary cesarean sections in November 2016 and she credits that experience for guiding how she practices today.
