Dr. Kurani took extra care to order a genetic test that could rule out the need for surgery if positive, which I agreed was a good idea, even though I want the surgery to avoid being on yet another medication for the rest of my life.<div class="drcom-review-image-container"><img class="drcom-review-image" src="/Content/images/PressGaney_Verified_250.png" /></div>
