Prior to joining Stanford, he was in private practice for 27 years. Dr. Millard’s medical practice involves the treatment of spine pain syndromes and Sports injuries. Interventional spine procedures performed by Dr. Millard include cervical/lumbar: transforaminal epidural injections; facet injections; medial branch blocks and radio frequency ablation (rhizotomies).
