They are prepared for my appointment and remember most things about me. I was left in the appointment room by myself for a short period of time. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I had a great experience here and will most definitely refer them to others in need of an internist. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.
