5 cups shredded hash browns
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
6 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
2 cups diced low-fat ham
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray the inside of 9 x 13 pan with nonstick spray.
Spread the hash browns in the bottom of the pan, then layer the ham and then cheese.
Mix together the eggs and milk, and pour this over top of the hash browns.
Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
