The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. I was very uncomfortable with the amount of foul language they used. I wish they had been more professional. The staff made it completely obvious that they didn't respect Richard Levrault, DO. It made me uncomfortable and I wasn't sure if I wanted to return.
