They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back.
