I have been taking my daughter to this dr for years and she loves him. Having a child put under anthesia is very stressful. They have always made me feel at ease. I find the staff very helpful when I need an appt at either office.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office.
