They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Takes as much time as it needs to hear about all symptoms and complaints.They strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. What really put my mind at ease was the fact that all of their office equipment was in superior shape. Everything was very advanced and very well taken care of. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I am much healthier now that I see this doctor.

I have visited Dr. Mirza for 20 years. I have the utmost respect for him as a caring and professional physician, especially as concerns his attention to diagnostics. He is extremely thorough and pursues the research until he has the right answer. Dr. Mirza is the model to which I compare other physicians.

I waited two hours to see Dr. Mirza and then his assistant took my history. I noted some incorrect information in the records they had been forwarded, which she noted and then when Dr. Mirza came in the door, he was combative, abrupt, and would not listen to anything I said. He insisted he knew more about me and didn't even have to ever look at me to know, because he has over 3000 patients. I never argued with him and yet his anger escalated and he kept berating me and raising his voice until I was shocked/stunned and in tears. He asked me why on earth I would ever trust what my primary care provider would say to me... he told me I didn't want to get better, and yelled at me to not diagnose myself while I was trying to explain my symptoms. When I finally put my hand up to stop him (while crying) and said to him that I didn't like how he was speaking to me he got up and turned out of the office light and left the exam room. He is VERY dysfunctional and abusive.
