The doctor is excellent. However, I cannot say the same thing about the office manager. Tried to charge me a no show fee for an appointment I never made. To add insult to injury, she then claims she spoke with me on the appointment day and rescheduled for the following week for which I apparently no showed again. The thing is, I was not even in the country the whole time and even after telling the office manager this, she insisted that she had spoken with me. After I provided a copy of my itinerary, my ticket stub, showed a copy of my credit card statement showing charges made out of the country, and even offered to show my passport with immigration stamps, she still insisted she spoke to me.

She finally told me in the end that "she'll let this fee slide this one time though she did talk to me." Immature office manager who can not admit when she's wrong and lies to try to make a fast buck off of patients. I'm considering letting my insurance company know about this so they can perhaps do an audit on any charges coming from this office. Sad thing is, the doctor was a pleasant person and seemed like a good doctor.
