Did this pediatrician have bright, child-friendly examining rooms?
Definitely! They were some of the most child-friendly examining rooms I've ever seen

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They made an extra effort to emphasize preventative care, and gave me a ton of information about child safety and nutrition. I felt like they genuinely cared about my child's health. I can see now why they specialized as a pediatrician because they were so kid friendly. They put in the extra effort to make my child feel special and important.

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.
My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs to how patient and kind they were to my child. They were just fantastic.
The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.
