I was happy and relieved that they were able to answer all of my questions. I felt like I got a good amount of information. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
