They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. I and I only called to get my records. I could not return the first time they called me to come back because my father was in the hospital for cancer but one little critizism I gave and they treated me terrible when I called back just recently they were so rude. A Doctor may say bas things about a patient but not the reverse!I might like to go back but they dismissed me without my own permission I don't know how I would be treated but I DID NOT say I did not want to go back! did have a bad experience because I was unable to speak my side and they talk to me so rudely on the and have no email address to confirm their "certified" letter I asked to not be a patient anymore. They said they would call back but who knows and who do I turn to?! I cannot email them to avoid mistreatment on the phone and now am afriad of being a patient but still have not said "I do not want to be one", they assumed that, that is not legal I think. I hope this email provides some help because now due to one statement of critizism, I am a unfairly a dificult patient. I hope with this email someone can help me because I am afraid to call but am NOT stating I do not wish to no longer be a patient. Maybe that is what they want and this is the only way they can do it. Doctor are human too. Thank you. It should not be this hard to get help for pain after so many surgeries.

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.

Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!
