I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.
