I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

The staff here is so friendly. They do a thorough exam for both adults and children. They work with you when something happens, like your dog chews up your kids glasses.. They always remember our family and work with your schedule. Highly recommend them to all my friends.
