They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. Very professional and friendly staff. Excellent followups

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs.

Not at all, I didn't notice a smell.

No, they take every concern of mine seriously

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money
