The staff was rude. Even when i called back to get my results to send over to another allergist the receptionist was not friendly.

They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. The one thing I didn't like about this place was that they took a personal call right in front of me during my appointment. It didn't seem to be urgent and they could have waited.
